Delete your Spike Rush account

How to ask

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete Spike Rush account" and tell us:

• your player name in Spike Rush;
• roughly when you last played online;
• your phone model, if you remember it.

Guest accounts have no email or password, so this helps us find yours. If anything is unclear, we may ask for another detail before deleting. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• The guest account: identifier, secret key hash, player name and sign-in dates.
• Your stats, ranked rating and abandon cooldowns.
• Your party memberships.

What remains

• Other players' match results still exist, but your entry is anonymized.
• Server logs disappear on their own through automatic rotation, after a short time.
• Ad data stays with Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings > Google > Ads.

Uninstalling is not enough

Uninstalling the app removes the account key from your phone, but the account stays on the server. To delete it there, send the request above.
